Earn Up To 10% Commission

Qualified partners may be eligible to receive commissions of up to:

10% on Net Accommodation Revenue

Commission structures may vary depending on:

  • booking type

  • stay duration

  • negotiated supplier rates

  • property category

  • booking complexity

  • ongoing booking volume

Higher-volume partners and repeat booking relationships may be eligible for custom commission structures.

What Is “Net Accommodation Revenue”?

Net accommodation revenue refers specifically to the accommodation portion of a confirmed booking.

Commissions are not calculated on:

  • taxes

  • cleaning fees

  • insurance

  • administrative fees

  • refundable security deposits

  • payment processing fees

  • third-party charges

  • additional concierge or service costs

This structure ensures transparency and avoids confusion regarding commission calculations.

Example Booking Structure

Accommodation Revenue

5 nights at $2,500 per night = $12,500

Additional Non-Commissionable Charges

  • 14% occupancy tax

  • cleaning fee

  • insurance

  • administrative fee

  • refundable security deposit

Example Partner Commission

10% of $12,500 accommodation revenue

Partner Commission = $1,250

How The Referral Process Works

1. Introduce The Client

Partner introductions should be made via email before, or at the time of, the first direct introduction between the client and Access Los Angeles.

The introduction should include:

  • client name

  • anticipated travel dates

  • accommodation requirements

  • any relevant preferences or notes

This helps ensure referral recognition is properly documented and avoids confusion regarding referral ownership.

2. Referral Confirmation

Access Los Angeles will confirm acceptance of the referral introduction in writing.

Referral recognition only applies once written confirmation has been provided by Access Los Angeles.

If a client has already been introduced by another party or is already in communication with Access Los Angeles, referral eligibility may not apply.

Referral recognition is determined by the first confirmed written introduction acknowledged by Access Los Angeles.

3. We Coordinate The Experience

Access Los Angeles manages:

  • accommodation sourcing

  • supplier communication

  • negotiations

  • booking coordination

  • hospitality support

  • VIP concierge assistance

  • guest experience management

Our goal is to create a seamless and premium experience for both the client and referral partner.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • the reservation has been accepted; and

  • cleared client payment has been successfully received.

Cancelled, unpaid or refunded bookings are not commissionable.

5. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated solely on net accommodation revenue actually received by Access Los Angeles.

Commissions do not apply to:

  • taxes

  • cleaning fees

  • insurance

  • deposits

  • administrative fees

  • third-party costs

  • refunded amounts

  • chargebacks

  • complimentary services

6. Commission Payment

* Please note commissions are paid in USD

Commission payments are processed according to the agreed payment schedule following:

  • successful completion of the booking; and

  • receipt of cleared booking funds.

Payment timing may vary depending on:

  • supplier payment terms

  • booking duration

  • cancellation windows

  • project structure
